photoshoot and photo-booth Policy 

Booking Reservation/Deposits

  • DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON-REFUNABLE for ANY REASON.

  • FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE the same day of the photoshoot . If payment is not made a fee of 35.00 a day for 3 days will be added to your total.After 3 days your photos will be deleted and deposit is 100% non refundable. Website+ photoshoot package are due in FULL the day of your photoshoot .Photo booth payment is due at least 24 hours in advance NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Once photos are up for review there will be no refunds or no reshoots/ Once the photo booth has arrived there will be no changes or refunds.

  • Please note that prices are subject to change due to demand.

  • PHOTO BOOTH ONLY- Template will be submitted up to at least 12 before the event for approval, if we do not receive a email back we will assume there are no changes to be made and the final template will be used at the event . The full amount is due before the photo booth has arrived to the event and there will be no time changes or transfers of any payments.

Cancellations and Date/Time Changes

In the event you cannot make your shoot slot we can reschedule your shoot with a fee of $35.00, if you know you may need to reschedule please give us 72 hours’ notice. However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are required to submit another  FULL deposit. PHOOTSHOOT STARTS AT THE AGREED TIME. NOT ONCE YOU ARRIVE.You also must reschedule at least 60 days within the date you scheduled. Failure to reschedule your appointment will cause a lost in deposit . By booking with DARIKA HARRS/MEDIA PRODUCTION STUDIOS you are to this policy

Post-Production

YOUR PHOTO LINK WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 72 HOURS , AFTER THAT THE PHOTOS WILL BE EXPIRED AND CAN NOT PUT BACK UP. PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL THE PHOTOS.I WILL NOT HOLD ON TO YOUR PHOTOS AFTER 72 HOURS SO EVEN IF YOU SAVE THEM I CAN NOT EDIT, UNLESS WE COME UP WITH A AGREEMENT.

3 Photos/PHOTO BOOTH FINAL PHOTOS will be returned to client within 7-10 business days depending on demand. You have 24 hours to review your edits for change once sent. Once edits are sent the payment is NON REFUNDABLE .  Rush options are available for additional and must be paid when photos are sent for editing. Any additional will take 7 days EACH 3 edits. 3-N-1 are 3 edits in 1 photo. This will be all 3 edits, if you would additional photos or the photos are edited separate this is additional edits .

If editing suggestions are not made within 2  days the files will not be available for editing and will be discarded. If you need more than 48 hours there will be a daily charge of 35.00 and must be paid within the 48hours .

Some things are impossible to change. Please make sure all things are to your liking at the photoshoot. EXTRA EDITING MUST BE AGREED BY PHOTOGRAPHER. IF NOT THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE EDITING OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER DO NOT BOOK.

When shipping out products a tracking number will be sent out and we will not be responsible for anything things lost in the mail . If you want them to reship, you are 100% responsible for them to be reshipped. If you do not want us to ship your products you can pick up at scheduled time from Meida Production Studios.

Webites

A deposit of half is due, once the site is completed the other half is due within 24 hours. Websites will be completed within 1-2 weeks after requested information is given. Everything must be submitted within 3 weeks of your deposit being paid. All INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ON THE SITE DETAILS AFTER THE SITE IS COMPLETED & PAYMENT IS MADE. YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR SITE. THE FEE ONLY PAYS FOR THE DESGIN NOT THE ACTUALY SITE FEE .A. A walk-though of the site will be within 24 hours after that you hold 100% responsible of the site & any further assistants will be a fee. If payment 48hours there will be a 25.00 late fee per day. After 5 days days your site will be deleted

I WILL NOT OVER EDIT

Photo booth photos will only be available on the site for 4 business days and will no longer be available.  Edits will be sent via email and all changes must be submitted 24 hours after sent.

***ALL PHOTOS(UNLESS PRINTED)  WILL EDITED HAVE DARIKAHARRIS on them. iF YOU WOULD NOT like this on your photo itill be a 100.00 fee for this to be off.  These are your photos, and DaRika is aware you paid for them however , DaRika will like to receive credit for her work.

 

Photo Rights

Publicity Rights/Promotional Use of Images: Parties agree that DaRika Harris may use images from Client’s shoot for commercial use, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of DaRika Harris 

****All post production photos May be on the website and/or  all social media  AT ANYTIME WITHOUT CLIENTS PERMISSION.*****

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

IF ANYTHING IS BROKEN ARE DAMAGED THERE WILL BE A ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO BOOKED THE PHOTO BOOTH / PHOTOSHOOT
